Production Brief & Outcomes:

We have a training program at Raw Talent that consists of us (in collaboration with MCIE) running a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care for people that want to start a career in Childcare. After we induct them into the program, they will commence classes online one day a week for 52 weeks.
The aim of the program and the real selling point is that they can work as a paid childcare educator while they are doing their training. One of the ways we help to achieve this is by getting them job-ready and compliant which we achieve through a series of emails & videos.
